83 – The Next Always by Nora Roberts

If you love a sweet and romantic read, this is a trilogy you’re going to want to start.  Nora Roberts is one of my favorite authors.  I can always count on her to deliver a book I’m going to want to keep reading.  This book is the first in a trilogy of books about a trio of brothers and their journey of restoring an old inn.  Here’s the summary from Goodreads.

“The historic hotel in BoonsBoro, Maryland, has endured war and peace, changing hands, even rumored hauntings. Now it’s getting a major facelift from the Montgomery brothers and their eccentric mother. As the architect of the family, Beckett’s social life consists mostly of talking shop over pizza and beer. But there’s another project he’s got his eye on: the girl he’s been waiting to kiss since he was fifteen…”

I LOVE Nora Roberts. Next to her Bride Quartet, I can tell this series will be just as great and another favorite!

The Montgomery brothers are a wonderful group of men to read about. This story focused on Beckett. I loved reading about he and Clare. I also loved the way Nora Roberts pulls in the ghost of the Inn. “Lizzy” is a great addition to the story and really brings a different kind of character in. The “villain” in this book made me want to just keep punching him in the face.

I can’t wait to read the other two books in this trilogy and seeing how Owen and Ryder find their mates!  The next book in this series, The Last Boyfriend, just came out at the beginning of this month.  I can’t wait to pick it up!
