“Dante had been courting his victim in cyberspace for weeks before meeting her in person. A few sips of wine and a few hours later, she was dead. The murder weapon: a rare, usually undetectable date-rape drug with a street value of a quarter million dollars. Lieutenant Eve Dallas is playing and replaying the clues in her mind. I can’t get enough of this series! This was a great installment and I loved how the author always shows pieces from the killer’s perspective.
As this is the 13th book in this series, I’m amazed at the different ways the author can come up with killing.
And just like the previous books in this series, there were many times where I laughed out loud. These books are great!
